American Mathematics Contest 10

Stone Hill Learning Center will be administering the AMC-10 Mathematics exam to be held Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 1:00-2:30 pm. The AMC 10 is a 25 question, 75 minute multiple choice examination in secondary school mathematics containing problems which can be understood and solved with pre-calculus concepts. Calculators are not allowed. Students in grades 8, 9 and 10 are encouraged to participate. The purpose of the exam is to promote the development and enhancement of problem solving skills. A variety of prizes is awarded to the top scoring students. Please contact WLC to register for the exam as seating is limited. A $30 testing fee will be charged by SHLC which includes all shipping and handling fees and proctoring of the exam.
